How to better understand visitors using Google Analytics?

Google Analytics has recently introduced a new User Explorer feature that enables website owners to track a user based on his advertising id.

This allows website owners to better understand user behavior.





What is the User Explorer Feature?
The User Explorer feature is free and is present under the audience section.

As seen above, you can now drill down to details of a particular user:

1. The session details of the user
2. The device the user was using
3. The client id (important for advertising and identifying the user)
4. The number of sessions
5. The content the user was watching

This data can be used for suggesting "Related articles" feature in websites based on the device id.
