You save a document as a Microsoft Office 2007 .doc format and take it office.
On trying to open it there, it just refuses to open.That's because you have saved it in
Word 2007 format and your office has the old 2003 edition.
This the problem faced by most computer users today. The same problem is with
Flash 8 which does not recognize the new Flash cs3 format.
Why can all word documents have a single standard.True the newer versions support older ones, but vice versa in most cases is not true.All cannot buy the new stuff as soon as it its the market can they?
