The Easy way

You can add the related posts widget in Blogger with the help of LinkWithin easily. It also shows thumbnails of posts as shown below:
Steps to add LinkWithin to your blog
1.Go to www.linkwithin.com
2. Enter your blog details. Click on the the Get Widget button.
3. Click on the Install Widget button.
The Hard way
This involves editing a blogger blog's template which I won't recommend. However I use it in my blog.
